By entering your credit card number, placing a check mark accepting the terms and conditions and pressing the "Submit" box your credit card will be charged one time for 3 months of service.

We never auto-recharge your account. To renew for an additional 90 days you must contact support.

We will deliver your digial phone number to your email and an SMS will be sent to your phone number.

All Sales are Final and we are under no obligation to provide a full or partial refund. However, we will consider Refund Requests for special cases provided customers submit their request in writing via email to: Support@SecurityTel.us

Due to the high cost of provisioning a Special Connect Phone Number, there is a non-refundable processing fee of $14.99 that would be deducted from any Refund.

Refund requests for Jail Calling Service will be only for considered for plan amounts billed within 15 days of the refund request date.

Jail Calling Plans and pricing is subject to change without notice, any time. SecurityTel.us will not be responsible or liable for any change in calling rates.

Postcards - There is no refund available for Postcard service. All Sales Are Final. Customer must use up any credit balance available within 90 days of the purchase or recharge date.

SecurityTel.us does not guarantee call quality, connectivity, or reimbursement of lost minutes due to disconnections.

SecurityTel.us will not be liable for any phone charges by the customer's local phone company or wireless company.

Products/services purchased on this web site shall not be used for any unlawful purposes.

SecurityTel.us does not warrant that the service is completely error or interruption free. There is a no limited Warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose or as to the quality of the call. In no event will SecurityTel.us be liable for any indirect, special, incidental or consequential losses or damages arising in any manner from the use of any services sold on this web site. Any liability is solely limited to the return of any unused portion of an account.
